From Ireland’s kitchens to global boardrooms — owner Michael Feighery spent 40 years in hospitality, rising from butcher’s assistant at Smith & Wollensky to President & CEO, guiding its expansion across the U.S. and internationally.

DOUG BROWN

Executive Chef

A Weymouth native and Le Cordon Bleu graduate bringing bold flavors and refined technique to Liberty & MAIN. With past roles at Burtons Grill and Sorelle, Chef Doug crafts menus rooted in fresh, local ingredients and New England hospitality.
